摘要：
Following China's accession to the WTO, the number of antidumping investigations initiated involving Chinese products, instead of decreasing, has risen rapidly, Non-market economy status is subjected to an important reason for anti-dumping investigation. This article mainly research five factors for judging a market economy in china, the results show that: the overall level of market development has shown that trade liberalization is becoming better and better in china.
