Southeast Asian countries have adopted legislation specifically to support SMEs(small and medium-sized enterprises)development, and through enterprise reform and opening up the market for SMEs to provide more space for the survival and development. So, the establishment of a Government-led in credit support policy systems, and credit risk management system for SMEs, is worth learning in China. And to this end, our country should adopt a favorable environment for SMEs development, give full play to the People's Bank of monetary and credit policy window guidance role, increasing its support for SMEs, and create specialized institutions providing SMEs loan, to accelerate the pace of liberalization of financial markets, and to introduce of advanced management mode of SMEs loan, to promote the healthy development of SMEs.
