摘要：
Considers the two main problems believed to remain in biology: the flow chart of man and all other living things, and the wiring diagram of the human brain. Outlines the tasks involved and sees the second one as requiring the unfolding of the cortex. Believes that this work requires confirmation by accurate computerised transformation. Discusses the performance of the main cerebral tasks by the cortex which is specialised in different areas.
