摘要：
Developing and using a software platform is an approach to achieve a higher degree of software reuse and to reduce the software development cost. Because of the advantages of the Service Oriented Architecture (SOA), many software platforms are built with SOA. This paper describes, based upon our experiences, the most challenging issues in developing non-functional requirements for such plaforms.
