摘要
In the proposed paper, the effect of magnetic nanoparticle has been analyzed in the presence of low microwave power (1 mW) and small AC magnetic field for hyperthermia application. The study has been carried out on 5 nm magnetic nanoparticle dispersed in tissue equivalent liquid, for which Efield distribution is analyzed for different power levels (maximum 30 mW). The magnetic nanoparticles are used as controlling agent for SAR distribution and field uniformity. The study used a reliable and standardized microwave field exposure system to achieve better temperature control using low level exposure power (at low frequency). The minimum requirements of in vitro studies has been proposed, analyzed and designed. The SAR value is calculated at varied microwave and magnetic exposure levels. The uncertainty in the specific absorption rate (SAR) measurement is evaluated showing system efficiency at SAR approximate to 1.22 W/kg with an expanded uncertainty of +/- 0.23 W/kg.
