摘要：
The article is devoted to the analysis and evaluation of the perspectives of the medical industry development in Russia in the condition of import substitution. The article considers modern methods and approaches for the prevention and treatment of bronchopulmonary diseases, including in young children. The main restrictions on their introduction into Russia were revealed.
