摘要：

The article addresses contemporary modes of conscientious objection based on the right to life, regarding the practice of abortion, euthanasia, scientific experimentation and medical treatments, in addition to other actions that indirectly generate conflicts between conscience and law, in the Chilean law, legally focused from the perspectives of both the autonomy of the intervening subjects, as well as the distinction of the legal, moral and religious normative fields, selected for their social, legal and ethical relevance.
