摘要
On the basis of the combination of virtual instrument and developed in this paper, a fault diagnosis system for PCB is designed. The Virtual instrument system, Architecture of virtual instrument, Structure of virtual instrument Software are described in detail. Then the System software design is developed. The whole structure, principle and key techniques are described too. Finally, in the Test Management layer through analyzing the Test Library and the Fault Library, the PCB fault diagnosis is accomplished. The application indicates that the system is practical and applicable.
