摘要
Microbial endo-beta -1,3-glucanase G(A) from Cellulomonas cellulans displaying transglycosylating activity was applied for synthesis of oligosaccharide glycosides. Water-soluble beta -1,3-glucan (laminaran) was used as a donor of oligomeric glycosyl residues and 4-nitrophenyl-beta -D-xylopyranoside served as their acceptor. Transglycosylation reaction carried out at 37 degreesC with 25% acetronitrile as co-solvent resulted in 3 pairs of beta -1,3-, beta -1,4-regioisomers of di-, tri- and tetrasacchride glycosides with total yield 68% after 3 hours process.
