摘要
In the transition economy, there is no perfect person, but perfect team. Top management team's effect on strategic decision has become more and more explicitly. Undeniable, conflict is inevitable in the process of existence and development of companies. Based on the idea of complex network, this paper makes an attempt on exploring relationship and task conflict model of employees in enterprises to analyze how two kinds of the conflict affect the employees. Mathematical analysis and simulation results all show that the scale of the model has much to do with exit threshold and conflict coefficient. According to the above analysis, the article puts forward several countermeasures to ease conflict of enterprise cluster. How to properly handle the relationship conflict among the staff, encouraging and improving the task conflict level of employees, keeping the harmonious interpersonal relationship of employees, it can not only improve employee performance and job satisfaction, at the same time, but also is conducive to the long-term development of enterprises.
