摘要
The goal of the article is to explore the factors that may explain the consumer's decision delegation. To fulfill this objective, we used a qualitative analysis, based on semi-structured interviews with 16 individuals. The results of this study allowed us to propose a conceptual model of the determinants of the decision delegation.
