摘要：
This paper deeply researches the theory method concerning TPL in E-commerce. Firstly, it discusses the problems and countermeasures of Chinese E-commerce development in terms of encouraging online market,developing application of E-commerce application, and perfecting environment of E-commerce. Secondly, by detailed analysis on TPL logistics under E-commerce, it completes case analysis on TPL logistics mode combining the TPL logistics business of Guangdong Baogong Logistics Group, drawing lessons from the advanced logistics mode of American E-commerce. Finally, it looks into the future of the hot problem of logistics-FPL under current E-commerce.
