摘要
The aim of this work is the scientific substantiation, development, and implementation of an automated information system for assessing the results of the expertise of quality of medical care in hospitals in the Volgograd region. A unified formalized expert card for assessing the quality of medical care; the groups of procedural indicators and an integrated indicator had been developed. On this platform, an automated information system for evaluating the care quality in a hospital was implemented demonstrating the effectiveness of its use in hospitals. A database was formed, containing the results of expertise which was carried out in the context of individual institutions and the Volgograd region as a whole. The quality of provided care was improved for all indicators in the dynamics for 2008-2015 as a result of monitoring, analysis of information received, development and adoption of management decisions.
