摘要
Logistics performance evaluation refers to the control and guidance in advance and the estimate and measurement to the logistics performance efficiency with hindsight. Enterprises can realize its disadvantages and advantages as clearly as possible by executing performance evaluation which is vital to improve the competitiveness of the enterprise. This study sets up the performance evaluation indicators of the logistics enterprise firstly which are classified into the first-class and the second-class with factor analysis. According to the practical investigation, each indicator will be granted an objective weight which can avoid the subjective weight as ever caused from the common methods such as Analytic Hierarchy Process, Delphi Method and so on. Finally, it marks the logistics enterprise by using two-level fuzzy comprehensive evaluation, which are in favor to the performance evaluation of the enterprise.
