摘要：
Teaching performance in schools is an important basis for the work; through performance evaluation, it can strengthen the teaching staffs and improve the overall quality of teachers. However, there are problems in teaching performance evaluation for most school. This paper will use fuzzy comprehensive evaluation model to valuate teaching performance from wide-ranging, comprehensive facets, so teaching performance of the overall level can be clearly reflected and the effectiveness of the performance can be enhanced.
