摘要
The commercial companies have several socio-professional groups, named stakeholders. The stakeholders include the consumers. In order to quantify the socially responsible attitude of the Romanian commercial companies regarding the consumers, we shall relate to a number of two marketing researches performed in Brasov municipality. We shall analyse the socially responsible attitude of the commercial companies conducting their activity in Brasov municipality from two antagonistic perspectives: the managers' perspective and the consumers' perspective.
