摘要
In Group Schema Therapy (GST) the schematherapeutic mode model is transferred to therapeutic settings working with the group format. Core elements of schema therapy, such as limited reparenting and the integration of cognitive, emotional and behavioral intervention strategies, remain in the GST-model. To aim for the benefit of all patients in the group setting, working with a co-therapist-team is recommended. Effectiveness has so far only been demonstrated for Borderline personality disorder (BPS). Further studies should investigate, if the GST-model is applicable to other patient groups or groups with mixed disorders.
