Star products and the Landau problem

摘要
The Landau problem of a charged particle in a plane with a uniform perpendicular magnetic field is described utilizing the Moyal product. Especially, the problem of the projection to the lowest Landau level is discussed in the context of the star product formalism, and its relation with the Voros product is shown.
