摘要
The report to the 18th CPC (Communist Party of China) National Congress emphasizes the significance of making ecological progress and building a beautiful China. The city is not only the center of civilization, but also the area where there are prominent resource problem, environmental pollution, and ecological degradation. Thus, to build a beautiful China, urban management should not be separated from making ecological progress. Thus, there are new demands for urban management. Equipped with rich knowledge and strong sense of responsibility, urban managers, academic researches, and citizens should work together to explore the innovation of urban management in the process of building a beautiful China to achieve sustainable urban development in China.
