摘要：
We presen the cases of two patients with hemangioblastoma at the cervical and thoracic levels of the spinal cord that were extirpate after embolization. We believe that arterial embolization should be attempted patiens with this type of tumor because it facilitates surgery and decreases neurological deficit resulting from intraoperative bleeding.
