摘要
Many reinforced concrete (RC) structures may suffer dynamic loads during their service time, which may be a controlling factor in structure design because of its unpredictability and destructibility. Bond behavior between concrete and reinforcing bars is the basis of RC structures design, thus it is necessary to get a comprehensive understanding of the bond properties between concrete and reinforcing bars under dynamic loads. However, due to the limited test conditions, the major research on bond properties has been performed under static loads, and the research under dynamic loads is less. Based on the review of previous research on the bond under static and dynamic loads, not only are the basic bond mechanism and the dynamic loading technique summarized, but also the main influencing factors that affect the bond properties under dynamic loads such as the loading rate, concrete strength, fibre additions and bond length are compared and concluded. Meanwhile, some suggestions are presented for the further research.
