摘要：
A new method for the highly effective synthesis of alpha-siloxyamides is described. The addition of isocyanide to aldehyde proceeded smoothly in the presence of silanol to give the corresponding alpha-siloxyamides in high yields. A wide range of aldehydes and isocyanides are applicable in this reaction.
