Research of Flexible Information System of Real Estate Enterprise Cost Control Based on SOA

In order to reply on the constantly changing market environment, the management information system design has tended towards flexibility while the research is rare in the real estate industry. This paper uses the term flexible to describe the reaction capacity of the cost control system, and then extends it to the research of the flexible cost control system for real estate enterprises. Based on the analysis of the main contents and operation flow of the real estate cost control system, the paper utilizes service-oriented architecture (SOA) to put forward a five-tier structure of the flexible information system, and therefore designs a reconfigurable and extensible cost control system of the real estate enterprise. The whole system has the advantages of both low cost of development and maintenance. Furthermore, the system can provide fast, safe, convenient and the value-added service for real estate enterprises, thereby increases its operation benefit and market competitive power.
