摘要：
The article deals with the problems of further professional training which is regarded from a perspective of domestic and western understanding of the concept of lifelong education. The development offurther professional training as part of continuing vocational education is very topical for the Russian Federation. This is due to conjunctural changes of personnel policy in the labor market, dynamic changes in the educational market, computerization of society and inclination to turn to innovative way of development.
