摘要
Data mining is one with broad application prospects and challenging emerging disciplines in information technology and industrial production has been widely used, and has achieved remarkable economic and social benefits. There is so many undetectable immanent data in the process of compensation design, and data mining technology can match the needs of contemporary corporations. In this article, we introduce the basic; principle of data mining technology, and start from the problem of data accumulation in the process of compensation design in contemporary corporations, discuss how to apply data mining technologies to compensation design.
