摘要：

College graduates are the future and hope of China. Today, with the continuous development of Chinese economy and continuous advancement of reform, the model of ideological and political education for current college students in China faces great challenge. Innovation of ideological and political education shall be strengthened in order to achieve better effects in ideological and political education for contemporary college students. This paper elaborates the necessity of the innovation of ideological and political education for contemporary college students, analyzes challenges of such innovation, and puts forward path selection of such innovation.
