Self-assembly growth of flower-like BiFeO3 powders at low temperature

摘要
In this work, flower-like BiFeO3 powders were synthesized by a hydrothermal method at low temperature. The effects of mineralizer, reaction temperature and soak time on the crystal phase structure and morphology of the BiFeO3 powders have been investigated. Perovskite BiFeO3 powders were obtained as the concentration of KOH is 1-6 mol/L. The SEM images of BiFeO3 powders which synthesized at 150 A degrees C for 1 h with 2 mol/L KOH exhibit cubic morphology. Whereas, the powders prepared for 6 h show flower-like morphology.
