摘要
this article focuses on several specific issues with the algorithms of modern static meters to correctly measure active power and to register energy in three phase networks with mixed generation and consumption metered simultaneously. It specifically focuses on the still vague definitions of methods to evaluate positive and negative components of the calculated three phase active power from the measured single phase active powers.
