摘要
The effect of technological parameters on the nickel Nano-microparticles diameter by electrical discharge machining is studied. The results show that the range of particle sizes is suitable for different voltage and pulse widths. With a high voltage value, the ratio of hollow particles with a size of 5 mu m is low. With particle sizes in the range of 25-50 mu m, the number of particles is concentrated at the high voltage of 30 and 60 A. The range of particle sizes is from 5 to 20 mu m, however, the number of particles is concentrated at low voltage values of 9 and 15 A. When the pulse width is small, 120 and 300 mu s, it can be seen the concentration and a large number of particle sizes of 10-25 mu m. Conversely, when the pulse width is 700 mu s, the dispersed particle size can be observed and the number of particles that is larger than 35 mu m accounts for more than 20%.
