摘要：
A privacy preserving attribute based on encryption scheme for network-based database is proposed in this paper. In this proposed scheme, users generate the attributes and private key by themselves. Furthermore, the private key can be blindly verified by a third party. Thus, the users' private key is only known to themselves. This proposed scheme is especially fit for network based database of un-critical information, where privacy is the first concern.
