Pyroelectricity in lead titanate thin films

摘要
In order to follow the polarization state (ageing) of a ferroelectric material, a non perturvative method is proposed in this work. The method is based in change of the pyroelectric coefficient with the polarization state of the material. Pb0.76Ca0.24TiO3 ferroelectric thin films have been used to test the method because of their high pyroelectric response, It is found that the pyroelectric coefficient follows the same ageing law than the ferrolectric polarization probing the goodness of the method.
