摘要
Along with the rapid development of social economy, China becomes closer to other countries around the world and communication with them at the aspects of economy and politics is more frequent. Information communication develops with an unprecedented speed that more and more people start to pay attention to spiritual enjoyment apart from pursuing material life. Therefore, tourism becomes their prime option. By virtue of rapid development of information technology, tourism information develops faster and faster. Such tourism is known by more and more consumers. With the improvement of people's living level, previous traditional tourism mode can no longer satisfy people or meet the social development. Therefore, traditional operation mode of tourism is on the road to become an intelligent operation management mode of tourism. We are living in an ever-changing world and everything is changing unconsciously. Along with the rapid development of economy, information technology and technological products, intelligent tourism does not appear overnight while it needs a development process. In general, intelligent tourism has been through the following procedures: replacement of previous management of scenic area by destination management, replacement of extensive management by intensive management and replacement of unilateral management by multilateral management. Advanced management mode of intelligent tourism causes a great impact on traditional management mode. Those travel agencies which only provide unilateral management mode are in a dilemma. Moreover, such situation even evolves into a big challenge for independent tour featuring free management and it has a higher demand for the scale of travel agency. It requires that travel agencies should change the traditional management so as to adapt to the era of intelligent tourism. Motivated by newly-added projects, travel agencies should cooperate with various industries. With the understanding of intelligent tourism, this paper will propose some feasible suggestions to transform traditional management mode based on current situations and issues for the purpose of a better economic development.
