Application of TOPSIS Analysis Method Based on AHP in Bid Evaluation of Power Equipment

摘要
Because of the uncertainty of indexes in the bid evaluation of power equipment, the paper applies TOPSIS analysis method based on AHP to the bid evaluation of power equipment. In accordance with bidding rules of power system equipment, the paper establishes the index system for bid evaluation of power equipment and uses AHP to determine the weight value of each evaluation index. On this basis, combining with the standardized evaluation value of each indicator which is determined by the quantitative integrated appraisal method (expert scoring), the paper uses TOPSIS method to calculate close degree between the bidding units and ideal solution and ranks them.
