摘要：
With global climate change, the low carbon eco-city construction is imperative. The low carbon eco-city is regarded as the ultimate goal of urban sustainable development. Scientific urban planning is the first step to building low carbon eco-cities. Inspired by the international experiences combined with China's domestic situations, ways of improving the index system of low carbon eco-city planning are proposed in this essay, and the main strategies for low carbon eco-city planning and construction are also put forward. On this basis, the necessary technical support for low carbon eco-city construction has been indicated.
