摘要
The frequency of CRTH2(+)Tregs in patients with asthma, especially allergic phenotype is higher compared to healthy controls and shows a negative correlation with ACT scores and PEFR. CRTH2(+)Tregs increase during exacerbation and decrease after asthma control. In vitro investigations demonstrate that Tregs of allergic patients with asthma display Th2-biased character. Abbreviation: CRTH2, chemoattractant receptor-homologous molecule expressed on Th2 cells; Tregs, regulatory T cells; ACT, asthma control test; PEFR, peak expiratory flow rate.
