摘要
At present, the total GDP in the world in the service industry has exceeded 60 percent. In some developed countries, the service industry output in GDP has reached the proportion of 70 percent. The service industry has surpassed agriculture and industry to become the major creators of wealth. Along with the development of IT technologies, modem service industry has become the fastest-growing part in the service sector. The essence of the modem service industry is the technology, information and knowledge-intensive modem production relative of the service sector. Modem service industry" as a specific reference to China, began in September 1997. It is now widely used by academic, business and politicians. China's minority populations are widely distributed across the country over 20 provinces and autonomous regions of ethnic minorities. Ethnic minority areas, with lower levels of economic aggregate and unreasonable industrial structure, are underdeveloped in the service industry. The low level of economic development and low per capita income in minority areas has seriously hampered the development of the services industry, especially in the modern service industry. This research focuses on the current situation and problems of service industry development in ethnic minority areas. Then the ways will be presented to help local government to promote the development of modem service industry to keep the economic developing sustainable.
