摘要：
The article determines and provides reasoning for the organizational economic grounds for the intellectual capital formation within the knowledge economy. It is stated that at the current stage of the economy's development the priority resource is the intellectual potential and knowledge which become the new actual basis for the competitive activities of the economic subjects within the existing global economy.
