Public Service Innovation from the Perspective of "Mutual Interaction"-Summary of China's Experience

摘要
The construction of service-oriented government is a "mutual interaction" process in which the governments, state-owned enterprises, private enterprises, institutions, civil organizations, public participate. And in this process, governments, enterprises, and social organizations jointly participate in the innovation of public service. In recent years, they have created more than ten categories of characteristic public service patterns, such as administrative approval "one table", joint approval, inform and commitment, agent the approval in all process, approval in one-stop, overtime acquiescence, administration supermarket and public service hall, community public service platform, charity supermarket, community civil organizations service centre, franchise, pay by users, public service privatization, education voucher, basic public health services package, new home care service, leisure project, rural village community building and so on.
