摘要
Different criteria of satisfaction at the workplace have been applied and analyzed through questionnaires on voluntary basis to employees working in a magazine publishing house, with the activity characterized by very low level of standardization, low level of personnel turnover and maturity in the company lifecycle (over 10 years on the market). The company has a continuous record of good results and high but steady growth rate and the human capital is recognized as being the most important value. As a consequence, there is a clear interest in evaluating the employees satisfaction level and taking action into improving it.
