An efficacious regulation will create confidence in the use of the devices and applications, as well as ethical and juridical guaranties, which is essential for the citizens and the suppliers of this service, institutions and authorities. Now then, this work attempts to deepen on the concept of the artificial intelligence as well as of examining the limitations of the application of the same right side up intervening use and analysis of PESTEL and fuzzy cognitive maps. Trainee lawyers should be prepared for tasks more focused on the analysis and conceptualization of everything that passes through the hands of AI.
