摘要
This paper has comprehensively summarized the technical research progress in the technology of inland digital waterway and has briefly demonstrated the application of primary technological results in the planning, construction, maintenance, management and services of national high-class waterway networks, such as the Yangtze River, Xijiang River, Beijing-Hangzhou Grand Canned, etc., from over four aspects namely, waterway element monitoring, waterway data, waterway maintenance management and public service of waterway information, in consideration of today's development and trends of inland waterway both at home and abroad, and in accordance with the structural level of the technology of inland digital waterway. It has pointed out the overall demands for the development of the technology from the prospective of orderly pushing forward the development of inland digital waterway and connecting the demands of upgrading of inland river transportation, and based on the gap of analyzing it has discovered technical bottleneck in aspects of the perception, data, maintenance and management, public service of waterway information. The technology is capable of being applied to the planning and building of China's inland digital waterway, technology selection of operation maintenance as well as selection of the research direction of the technology.
