摘要
The training of professionals requires as an essential element the correspondence with social dynamics; this is also reflected in the formative process of the Law degree students. With this view, the professional tarining of the jurist for the family justice is transcended. The legislative transformations that are taking place in Cuba show the genesis of a family process that indicates to the judge a performance in favor of the families, which differs from the traditional adversarial justice; with the challenge of a family legislation that does not always contain the existing family dynamics. To this end, it is necessary to promote a socio-transformative training process, which guarantees a redefinition of the jurisdictional exercise before an interconnected reality. Therefore, the conceptual description of a professional competence is proposed, which allows a professionalizing performance in the resolution of these disputes. And it is concluded that the jurist, once in possession of the true scope of the legislative formulations on family legal relations, will be able to apply them in synergy to the advancement of the socioeconomic structure, by taking into account the cultural and interdisciplinary conditions that any decision that involves to families as an institution or to any of its members.
