摘要：
Regarding the challenges of China's water environmental risk management and emergency response, we study the sources of water environmental accidents in this paper. Based on a thorough analysis of the diverse environmental features of various major hazard installations, we propose a method for identifying water environmental accidents risk source. We also present a system for water environment risk detection and precaution.
