Rohinya's community: Human Rights violation and international crimes

The events suffered by the Rohingya's minority in the aftermath of Myanmar's mobilisation along the last decade have caused the due investigation by the international judicial courts. As the UN Facts finding reports coupled with others have stated, it seems plausible the suspicion of actual crimes of genocide and against humanity being committed. This document analyses the rohingya's case, its background in Myanmar, the violation in the realm of Human Rights and reviews the current state of judicial processes arranged in both the International Criminal Court and International Court of Justice. Finally, it offers and defends a statement of crime of genocide committed by Myanmar.
