摘要
The life cycle of building relates integrate problem on environment, economy and society. That is, the building supply the housing condition at the same time it result in ecologic environment and society puzzles. But the existing price index system can not calculate the real cost and value of the building product, even threat the sustainable development of economy and society. The method of Emergy found on biology physical quantity is a kind of system analysis method which takes the energy as the core. The life cycle ecological price of building construction product is analyzed in the paper on the index and structure. So the first, the new material, product and technology prices should be measured. The second, the green housing and building price also should be researched during the life cycle. The third, the cost which we regenerate the existing building to saving energy should be calculated. The paper is the revolution of building price method according to the ecology. Moreover it will drive the downright revolution of building construction project and other construction project.
