摘要：
The analytical method of spectrophotometry by UV for the assay of metronidazole vaginal gel was developed and validated following all the requirements of the regulatories agencies. N-N-dimethylformamide was used for the extraction of metronidazole from pharmaceutical form and the wavelength used was 308 rim. The developed method, in accordance with the statistical treatment of the results demonstrated being precise, accurate, selective, robust and linear, consisting a trustworthy and efficient analytical alternative with low cost for determination of metronidazole vaginal gel in the laboratorial routine.
