摘要：
Real estate enterprise investment decisions are complex multi-objective decision making problems, specific to this problem, this paper put forward a multi-objective decision-making method which is the combination of qualitative and quantitative--principal component analysis and entropy method. Through the example prove, this method is completely feasible and effective for real estate enterprise investment decisions, and makes real estate investment decision-making more scientific and reasonable.
