ANALYSIS OF ECOLOGICAL ADAPTABILITY OF PREFABRICATED RESIDENTIAL BUILDINGS: A CASE STUDY OF SOUTHERN ANHUI, CHINA

摘要
In order to improve the ecological adaptability of prefabricated residential buildings in southern Anhui, China, in this paper, a new ecological adaptability analysis method of prefabricated residential buildings was proposed. The design of prefabricated residential buildings in terms of site selection, layout, structure, materials, and climate design are analyzed, and the design structure mechanism is analyzed with the concept of ecological adaptability. On this basis, the ecological adaptability analysis index is set. In addition, the final ecological adaptability analysis result is obtained through the comprehensive calculation of the ecological adaptability index of the prefabricated residential buildings. According to the prefabricated building data of residential buildings in southern Anhui, it can be found that the current prefabricated residential buildings in this area have high adaptability to daylighting, but the ventilation and warmth remain to be improved. Finally, in view of the sustainable development of ecological buildings in southern Anhui, the following strategies were proposed, that is, rational residential resource adaptability strategies, strengthening of residential building intensification, and material-saving paths for residential buildings.
