摘要
Chinese electric industry has expanded its scale but the productivity is still low compared with the industry-developed countries. Under traditional economic mode, the fissile energy makes great contribution to national economic development while it brings also big negative effects to environment. Based on the actual circumstance, this thesis analysis aims to improve the management and the administration in order to find a way to set a scientific system of management. Using the latest international development strategies, these measures are mentioned. Comparative advantage would accelerate economic growth and structural change in China's Electricity. Smart Microgrid not only solve the large - scale access of DGs, take full advantages of them, but also give users a Varity of other benefits. Human resource is the core of the enterprise strategy implementation.
