The strategic construction of discourse in communication: analysis of a case of tax discourse in Cuba

摘要
The communication process has been described with attention to its components: actors, expressions, representations and instruments. This theoretical perspective supposes a strategic vision of the process of the social communication, in as much the resulting discourses must be observed in the interrelation of the textual indicators and the aspects related to the co (n) text of the speech. At the same time, it would be opportune to assume it in the issuance instance, in which the strategic aspect is appreciated from the discursive construction itself: strategic construction of the discourse. Through the methodology of strategic analysis of the construction of discourse, the article analyzes a discourse of the National Tax Office (ONAT) about the payment of taxes in Cuba. This discourse bases its discursive strategies on the purpose of converting taxpayers into an active part of Cuban social development; as well as strengthens its public image as an entity for social good.
